It would help if you enabled LOGFILE_INCOMING and posted the
sequence of events.

Also, have you read section 3 of the FAQ?  In particular, 3.9?

I sent a mail frm yahoo acc, sub test 9:14, so i get a confirm requset
with sub Sean Keener's Whitelist, but when i reply to it, i again get a
confirmation req.
