Confirmed mail deliveries

I'm having difficulty receiving messages once they are confirmed. I can 
get subsequent messages since they are on the whitelist, but the e-mail 
that generated the confirmation is not being sent. Is there any reason 
why it wouldn't be released after it's confirmed?

Here are the last 4 entries into my incoming log. It shows the e-mail 
coming in, the confirmation being generated, the accepting of the 
confirmation, and the appending of the whitelist. There are no new 
entries in my debug file that would indicate an error. Yet when I run 
tmda_pending, the e-mail is still there. I can manually release it, but 
that's not the desired behavior.
