OK I'm a little confused, but because all your replies weren't coming
to the list, it's hard to tell.

You wrote that people don't know what to do when they get the challenge
message. Why not? In plain English it tells them why they received the
message and how to respond to it so that their mail is verified. And if
you need it to be in another language, the FAQs can tell you how to do
that.

If your problem is that someone gets the message and replies to it and
still further messages are getting challenged, then you need to
configure your system properly to automatically add the confirmed names
to your whitelist so they won't be challenged again.

If your problem is that you think that TMDA is going to trap spam and
not challenge people to validate they are legitimate people... then you
are using the wrong system. The only way to do that is to create a
whitelist ahead of time with all of the domains and e-mail addresses
you are expecting to get mail from. But if someone else not on that
list sends you an e-mail, it's going to send them a challenge message
back... that's what TMDA is all about.
