I was wondering how the namespace is defined for individual mail messages that tmda-filter delivers to maildir formatted directories (I.e., /tmp and then into /cur)?
Are the individual mails guaranteed to be uniquely named?
For example, a mail message that arrives into /cur looks like this:
1083155789.V20d07I2f59ab.XYZ
where XYZ in the suffix is the name of host that TMDA is running on
What does the first prefix "1083155789" mean and how long or short can this number be? What is the meaning of the middle suffix? And, how can I change the hostname to something else?
