Hi all, I'm trying to set up a TMDA / Linux box to filter the spam before it hits out Exchange server(s). We have it setup with qmail.
I looked at this link for help: http://tmda.net/faq.cgi?req=show&file=faq03.008.htp The only problem I have is the changing of domain names. Emails that come to me ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) will be accepted by the tmda box but it would seem that qmail has no way of forwarding on that email to our real email server without altering the domain name to something like [EMAIL PROTECTED] Is this true or do I just not understand? We'd love to implement TMDA but our bosses won't tolerate any changes to the email servers at all. I need to come up with a way to make the tmda box a transparent implementation between the internet and the email server.
