OK this is an odd one, and one that TMDA wouldn't have caught, but only because the sender was apparently on my whitelist.
I have this account on Yahoo, but then I also have an account on another domain. Somehow, someone figured out that both accounts were mine, and sent a message (containing a virus or trojan) to my other account, forging the mail to make it look like it was coming from this yahoo account.
Most worms these days pick a random destination and sender address from the infected person's address book. Somebody got infected who has both those addresses in their address book, and the worm just happened to pick two email addresses that were both yours.
There are other possibilities, but I don't know if I'm paranoid enough to believe that yet...
