Hi!

Recently I moved to my friend's qmail server and would like to use tmda on
several email accounts of the form used for this mailing list.

Before the switch I used web-host Exim server & default domain account so all
the mail was coming to gour @ atmarama.org account which I was retrieving with
getmail and run tmda on my local computer.

Now the problem is that on my friend's computer my email is handled by vmailmgr,
and all the email which I retrieve contains:

"Delivered-To: atmarama-gour-some-extension @ atmarama.org" header. It is
sorted nicely with maildrop if it passes tmda, but the message which should go
through confirmation process generates wrong (correct in the sense that this
is recorded as recipent envelope) address in the form:

atmarama-gour-confirmation-extension @ atmarama.org which fails on the qmail
server (vdeliver does not understand extension addresses), instead of:

gour-confirmation-extension @ atmarama.org (on my friend's server I handle
gour-extension address with the .qmail-gour-default.

My question is whether it is possible to configure qmail + tmda either on
the mail server without installing tmda-ofmipd or to run tmda on my local
computer (I also have qmail) by somehow rewriting incoming messages so that
my local tmda can generate correct confirmation addresses?

Sincerely,
Gour
