Try:

$ rm '-2147483647.27858.msg'

or

$ rm \2147483647.27858.msg

The shell is interpreting the "-" (hyphen) as a prefix to a switch -- so
either putting it in quotes or escaping it with a backslash should resolve
that issue.

Now, as for how the message got there that way, I'll let the TMDA experts
answer that!
