Adding TMDA to a Mac OS X Server setup

I am new to TMDA and would like to add TMDA (I understand the concept) 
to a setup of Mac OS X Server which uses Postfix, Cyrus. The mailboxes 
are accessed by Mac users running Mail.app, via Squirrelmail and by 
Netscape/Mozilla users on Windows (these users do not have logins they 
can login to, only secure IMAP/SMTP access. I do not want to use 
procmail.

Is this doable?
