Is there a way to append via a script that would put the generated email address into the validrcptto file and then according to the time set by tmda it would remove that entry?
Looking at:

It looks like that feature isn't there yet (although I don't think the filter is actually used for confirmation requests anyway...)
Anyway, it should be pretty easy to extend things like the "bare=append" or BARE_APPEND variable technology to do this. Naturally, this change would only go into the 1.1.x tree. Patches welcome. Not sure if/when I would get around to that (I'd have to upgrade to 1.1.x too!)
