Okay, but in the meantime is there a workaround for these Unicode errors?
I run into this "ALL" the time and it seems that there has not been an
update to TMDA-CGI for a long time.
The last time there was a patch part of it was for these errors, if I
remember correctly.

The best way to do this is simply attach the file from the pending
directory directly to an email, or possibly zip/tar it up, and then
attach that result - no need to cut/paste the email content using a
text editor at all.
Probably the best thing is to then send that email with the
attachement to the [email protected] mailing list with a short
note describing what it is.
