I removed it, but it turned out it was not the problem. I had a 
recipent_address = "to" in the config.  Even more, it was like a good 15 line 
below the last entry, so I did not notice. :( Why it was there, and how it 
got that low, I have no idea. Anyway, I set it to x-orignal-to, and it seems 
to work now, thanks. 

David, thanks for the tipp, I guess it would have worked.
