I haven't had this trouble (not that I've attempted to email those
domains much...)

There are other reasons they could be marking your email as spam.
Perhaps the system sending your outgoing email doesn't have reverse IP?
Something strange in the headers? When the email stored in the spam
folder, do they add any headers to the message to indicate why?

Regarding sending out a large number of challenges, here are few things
you can do:

1) Run a virus/etc checker before TMDA and drop/hold all such nasty
email. I find a good incoming filter that's pretty much equivalent to
this is:

body
'name\=\s*"?[^\r\n"]*(\.pif|\.scr|\.exe|\.bat|\.com|\.vbs|\.js|\.zip|\.rar)'
hold

(put this all on a single line in your filter)

2) Implement gray-listing on your server. I find this gives me a *huge*
reduction in SPAM. Google for the term.

3) Probably others...

Hope this helps!
