Hi All,
I've been having this problem occur intermittently lately, and I've
just proved it out. I have a mail come in from an un-whitelisted
address, a confirm event is generated, a confirmation is sent...AND
the message is delivered.
This is not happening all the time, just occasionally. The only
record in the log file is the following:

Actn: CONFIRM action_incoming
CONFIRM pending 1126823223.13990.msg
------
There is nothing in the debug log.
What else to include? Oh, this:

Anybody have any idea what's going on?
