What's the line in the log right after this - that'll probably tell you
what the deferral reason was.
It appears to me that tmda-filter is returning a deferral code since the
next line (which would simply deliver the mail) does not execute.
That could certainly be happening given the symptoms. What does
~/.tmda/debug tell you (if you have debug enabled, else enable it and
the debug log might tell you something useful)
