TMDA works best on a per-user bases. Why are you editing the global
procmail.rc file?
You're better off having the following chain:
~/.procmailrc -> tmda -> ~/.procmail-tmda
which is spelled out reasonably well in the docs.
> #DELIVERY = "|/usr/bin/procmail ~/.procmailrc-tmda"
This is probably your best bet, unless you really know what you're
doing.
