Hi,
I have
been using this TMDA system for a few months now with little problem.
However, a friend of mine has changed her email address to a "hotmail" address,
and we are unable to communicate. She is receiving mine, but when she
return-emails me, she gets the following message:
This is an automatically generated Delivery
Status Notification.
Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to
connect successfully to the destination mail server.
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to
connect successfully to the destination mail server.
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
I have
tried everything I can think of to solve the problem (IE: made sure her
new email address was listed in my Microsoft Outlook Junkmail on
the "safe sender list & safe recipient list". I have physically
added her new email to TMDA-whitelist). Her emails are still not coming
through. As a matter of fact, they are not even sent to TMDA for me to
physically decide to blacklist, whitelist, delete, or release. Can you
help me with this problem? Her new hotmail address is: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'
Thank
you for your time,
Nancy
