I installed TMDA and it works fine with my virtual emails, but just with the emails that don´t have any user extension. When I send a message to an account like this /<user>.<extension>@<domain>,/ I don´t receive any confirmation message.

First off, unless you've changed the default qmail configuration, then you should be sending to:

<user>-<extension>@<domain>

Note the "-" instead of "." to join user and extension.

Secondly, have you setup you users/assign and other qmail configuration files so that extension addresses are recognized? You also need to create the appropriate .qmail-default file (often just a symlink to .qmail), so extension addresses are processed by TMDA.
