Uncomment the debug, as it will help you track errors. Unless you've got 
serious issues, this log won't really grow.

You must specify tmda-sendmail as the sending process. For example, in my 
muttrc file:

set sendmail="/usr/local/bin/tmda-sendmail"

So that whenever I send email from mutt, tmda will do it's work. If your email 
client isn't configured to use tmda-sendmail, it won't work.
