Try this: from the Settings/Local page in the TMDAcgi gui, click the "Toggle between Form-view and Text-View" link. After I did this, I was able to alter and save my ~/.tmda/config file (before I was not). Apparently when it is in "Form-view" there is an issue, but in "text-view" there is not? I am troubleshooting further, but I figured I'd mention it. If you've already solved it, please let us know how, just so that anyone else who might have the same issue can find it in the archives.
