Not a lot can be done about this.  I really hate Spamcop because of how 
much legitimate e-mail it blocks and how little checking they do before 
blocking sites.

One thing I do though is use SPF and have a TMDA rule:

# SPF has marked it as forged.  Do not confirm it.
headers 'Received-SPF: fail' hold

That way, if I know the e-mail is forged I do not confirm it. 
Unfortunately the number of sites on the Internet using SPF is quite low.

I also have SPF records for my domains so that others using SPF know when 
e-mail coming from my domain is forged.  Spammers unfortunately are using 
my own personal domain for forging From addresses and there isn't much I 
can do about it.  Anyone running SPF can flat out block all of that spam 
because they know it is not from me.
