I created a Google Custom Search Engine for TMDA -- http://google.com/coop/cse?cx=002623059522143297254:h56-asgw3n8
The idea being that you pool together a number of TMDA sites and use Google to search them. Right now I have it searching the wiki, the tmda-cgi site, and the mailing list archives. If there are other TMDA websites you think I should add, let me know.
