You can also add something like this to your tmda incoming filter,
provided *something* is writing the SPF header:
# Leave likely joe-jobs in the pending queue without attempting to
# confirm.
headers "^Received-SPF: fail" hold
AFAIK, tmda doesn't allow you to modify messages inline, so you'll still
need either procmail or your MTA to give you a header to work with.
