When you upgraded from 1.0.x to 1.1.x, you probably didn't upgrade your

I installed 1.1.11 by untar'ing it, doing a 'compileall' and then
moved the directory to /usr/local, next to the directory that has my
1.0.3 install. Then I created a symlink with:
ln -s tmda-1.1.11 tmda
I assumed this would be installing a clean copy with updated template files.
