I upgraded to the latest release from tmda 1.0.2 / tmda-cgi 0.12 
recently, but a few customers still report the issue.

Still, upgrading is an eventuality, so I'd say bite the bullet when you 
have time to do it, since you will have to do it eventually to get the 
fix when its ready.
