I like this. When I first saw 'Charset', I wondered if it wasn't a standard header name (from some RFC or another). BodyEncoding doesn't strike me that way, maybe because it uses StudlyCaps instead of hyphens to delimit words. That's good, because it gives a stronger impression that it can be changed by the user and /isn't/ a standard header field. And if that reasoning is too subtle, 'BodyEncoding' is clearer and more specific about what it does.
