I know that this is the way it is currently.  It sounds a little
awkward to me though.  You're splitting up the "send email to the following
address" and the address itself, while the easiest (default) action,
to just Reply, is stuck in the middle.

How about:

To release your message for delivery, just use your mailer's "Reply"
feature to reply to this message.  Alternatively, you can send an empty 
message to the following address:

>    %(confirm_accept_address)s

My wording might be a little awkward, but I think the order of options
for the user is a little clearer this way.  Also, I like "Reply"
better than `Reply'.  It is easier on the eyes and tends to be more
what I think an average user would expect to see.
