Log Message:
Mention that the sender _should_ only have to confirm their address
once, as we assume the TMDA user will have CONFIRM_APPEND enabled.
Users who do not wish to use CONFIRM_APPEND can remove this line,
but it's clear that the overwhelming majority do use CONFIRM_APPEND.
