Perhaps we should utilize the other numerical prefixes (``starting
with'') numbers that could eventually be reserved for
challenge-response systems, even qsecretary[1], like the ``2''
field seems to be MUA-specific.  TMDA could use ``:3,R'' for
``released'' and so forth.

If somewhat needs to look at the filename directly they should know
what they're doing (in theory).
