Hi Following discussion on tmda.user would like to raise question/feature request regarding 'global' log files.
Essentially problem is that I am running TMDA in centralised 'server' mode with central tmdarc in /etc/tmdarc, central white/black lists etc. However when I define logs in /etc/tmdarc the logs are written to as the uid.gid of the current user whose mail is being processed instead of a 'global' type account. Also if log is initially created (say debug log) when processing one user account's mail then next user process cannot write to the file. I understand that TMDA usually writes to personal directory/log files but it seems that option to have global account write to logs (along with global tmdarc) would be useful addition.
