Stable in terms of bugginess perhaps, but we are still making major
changes to it which means it's still alpha. e.g, massive internal
reorganization, restructuring the pending queue, changing the format
of address files, etc.

beta in my mind is where features and functionality are more or less
frozen, and the focus is to get the code as stable and well documented
as possible to prepare for final release. I imagine this will happen
to TMDA around the beginning of April.
