Ok, I personnaly don't care which way we go, since I don't use hybrid
authentication. I thought of --nofallback to stay backward compatible
with the first behavior, just in case someone uses /etc/tofmipd as a
fallback method.

I can change my patch to reverse all tests from "if nofallback" to
"if not fallback", no problemo.
