Eh, to be honest I'm happy with 'tail -1000 errorlog|grep
SMTPRecipientsRefused', but I thought that might solve the problem
as Roy reported it. Python errors just tend to be a little wordy for users
sometimes, so I figured this might make things a little easier to interpret
while leaving the current behavior in place which I feel to be correct. 
But, yeah, probably not worth the code.
