Done. I also added the -a option rather than hardcoding the addto-whitelist file location. And I cleaned up the -h output quite a bit. Seems to be working well on my production machine. See attached. On a side note, I think it would be good if you removed the 'vipmap-to-authmap' contrib script, Jason. I've been looking at Tim's code, and it appears that the vipmap-to-authmap script is unnecessary. If an ipauthmap file doesn't exist then tmda-ofmipd defaults to the correct behavior, making the vipmap-to-authmap script redundant for vpopmail users. I've tested this on my production systems.
