setting destination from the commandline

Attached is a (hacky) patch we use to set the destination from the command line so we can use tmda to filter list traffic. We've found tmda exceptionally effective in reducing spam coming through the lists, and so far no one's complained about the extra registration step. Thanks for the useful project!

Anyway, something like this is required for listserv integration, so I hope you will accept it.
