Please excuse as I believe this is a bug report and
not simply an user (error).
I am runing
tmda-keygen -V
TMDA/0.79 "Dark Star" (Python/2.2.2 on linux2)
1. Debian stable
2. installed via tar
3. On unpatched version of qmail
When I add an account by using
vadduser-tmda
mail is not delievered and I get this error:
I look at the qmail-send logs
it shows

As I understand it.
1. the vadduser-tmda installs all required files.
2. It leaves the .qmail-default file
under /home/vpopmail/domains/examples.com untouched.
3. mail is trying to be delieved to the domain and not
the user, hence askin for a crypt_key in the directory
that should not require one.
Anyway, if this is a bug please enjoy,
if it is user error,please excuse the posting.
