To clarify, the tmda-pending script will go away.  The Pending.py
module will probably live on for programs like tmda-cgi who rely on
it, and others who wish to write pending queue interfaces.

How is your client handling CONFIRM_APPEND then?  This is something
probably every TMDA user uses.
