I just ran 'cvs up -Pd' on my tmda-cgi source directory and have run into
a problem. tmda-cgi is now sending the output as text/plain rather than
text/html, meaning that the source code is being displayed to the user
instead of the normal interface. Here is a sample from a manual HTTP
conversation:

[godel cwright]$ telnet tmda.standblue.net 80
Trying 209.61.183.236...

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">

.... the rest of the tmda-cgi HTML source code ....

Nothing else has changed on the server, and the error happened immediately
after I ran the update, so I am reasonably confident the problem is with
tmda-cgi. Any suggestions?
