The domains functionality, now merged, formerly -domains, applies to
the search only.  The envelope sender (or the X-Primary-Address:) of
the particular message TMDA is processing is the address that is
appended to the CONFIRM_APPEND or DB_CONFIRM_APPEND list.

No.  If you have the string 'yahoo.com' in your whitelist, any mail
from [EMAIL PROTECTED] will be allowed through.  Nothing will be added
to your CONFIRM_APPEND file.

If you don't have 'yahoo.com' in your whitelist and [EMAIL PROTECTED]
sends you mail and confirms, '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' will be added to your
CONFIRM_APPEND.

Domains are never appended to anything.
