With MayEditLocalConfig set to "No", you should still be able to change various Settings from the "Local Config" menu in the form view. That's why I made the form view, for those people who are intimidated by (or are too dangerous to allow access to) the file view. If you click on the filename at the top of the form, this should take you to the file view. Here you will be able to see the actual file, but not save, unless MayEditLocalConfig is set to "Yes".
