Re: your comments on integration with Horde/Turba's address book and my
suggestion of new EXEC_{BARE,CONFIRM}_APPEND variables to call scripts.
What about PY_{BARE,CONFIRM}_APPEND to call arbitrary Python code that
could be defined in /etc/tmdarc or ~/.tmda/config - that way the existing
DB connection could be re-used hence removing the overhead of creating a
new one in an external script.
Of course, adding Python hooks in could open the door to all kinds of
places to hook for custom code, which may/may-not be a good thing
depending on ones perspective:-)
