Yes, and even multiple delivery destinations along with a bounce, confirm, drop or hold. More sanity checking would be possible, too.... Does <source> <match> deliver, hold, drop make any sense at all? Anyhow, the idea is that there can be multiple 'deliver(=)' actions and any other actions you want, but only one of each.
