I've been holding off doing that because of the below noted exception to
working.  It's not very useful to have a RPM that works in 5% of the
installations.

Gre7g has been nice enough to make all the changes I've asked for to make
things work with RPM nicely.  The only thing left is the settings being
compiled into the tmda.cgi binary as I recently brought up in a thread
on -workers.

If we get this last change made, we can have a generic spec file that works
in all cases, rather than something that has to be hacked up to work for
each person.

I'm not particularly for or against putting the broken spec file into the
distribution.... just trying to cull the chaos of people asking a bunch of
questions about why it doesn't work out of the box or how to configure it
for their installation.
