I suppose, but I consider it a "conceptual bug fix" ;)
Plus it would change code in Pending.py's 'whitelist' method which is only used by tmda-pending and tmda-cgi.
It can wait till post 1.0 if you like, but I think it would be important to get tmda-cgi and tmda speaking the same language regarding the meaning of "Whitelist" and "Release" sooner rather than later.
Really, it can go either way. If we wait till after 1.0 to do this, I can add an option in tmda-cgi (and every tmda-cgi which requires 1.0 or less) to clarify these meanings, and then remove the option in any tmda-cgi for post-1.0 releases.
