Another con is that it promotes reporting innocent messages to spamcop
unless the user aggressively screens his pending queue to make sure it
contains only spam.  I've been burned by spamcop myself with this, so
I'm sensitive.

Okay, so spamcop is out.


I suppose for record-keeping and statistics I could write my own cron job :)
