I don't see an OK here (going back to the client). I don't even see that you've completed sending the message (it should be followed by <CR><LF>.<CR><LF>) to tmda-ofmipd. Since it hasn't yet received the complete message, it hasn't tried to send the message. Only when it tries to send the message will it get the error from tmda-inject about the mis-configured filter.
