Why doesn't the "to" source match against the "To:" and "Cc:" header fields for the incoming filter (in _addition_ to the envelope recipient)?
This would make it work just like the "from" source, which matches against the "From:" header field in addition to the envelope sender. It would make it easier to support whitelisted mailing lists. I know that subscribing a keyword tagged address is the preferred way to do this, but i would prefer an easier transition to tmda. (I don't want to unsubscribe and resubscribe to hundreds of lists.)
