A question on TMDA. I use the web-based email services of
Burntmail. Burntmail supports POP, so I'm able to use the service through
Outlook Express. Burntmail supports TMDA and I like the service, it
great! I have all my contact email addresses in the White List so, that,
only legimate mail comes through from those contacts.
One thing that bothers me though. And let me give you an
example: I send you an email with an attachment. The email is sent
back, either because your mail box has reached its quota or the attachment size
is too large. However, I will never know that the email is return to me,
unless, I have the post-office's email address; i.e. [EMAIL PROTECTED] ; [EMAIL PROTECTED] in
my White List. How does anyone know what a post-office's email will be to
put in the white list to have mail returned so that the sender's knows that
the recepient did not receive the email and will be able to resend the email
again?
