There will be no more fixes committed to 1.0.x branch nor new patches. TMDA 1.1.x will be the branch where bugfixes are made and new features added from now on. The latest 1.1.x release (1.1.5) is quite stable and doesn't really differ significantly from TMDA 1.0.3, so you can feel safe upgrading.
