TMDA manages these addresses internally. They should not be added to any
whitelist file. After the incoming filter has been executed, if the
email has not already been disposed of (i.e. no
deliver/hold/ok/confirm/... action was executed), then TMDA will decode
the address and check if it is valid. If the address is valid, the
message will be delivered to the default delivery location. If the
address is not valid (e.g. expired dated address, forged keyword
address), then the default action will be taken (same as if the address
wasn't a keyword/dated address)
